RIP Marty. We were best friends in 7th and 8th grades, playing basketball at Little Piedmont all the time. I adopted my cat "Buttons" that was abandoned in your front yard. I remember your dog "Big Red." Once Independence HS opened, our paths seldom crossed, but I ran into you and Paul a few times at Twin Creeks and that was the last time we saw each other. I always think of you every time I hear a 70's song by the bands you really liked...War, Tony Orlando & Dawn, Tower of Power, Santana and the like. My condolences to Cecelia, Prina, and Paul. I hope we see each other again one day my friend.
